Our Mission
Direction
WHERE ARE WE GOING? In one form or another, this is one of the first questions you are likely to hear from us. It’s the first step in learning what you need and what we can do to help you get there.
What are you trying to achieve?
What is important to you?
What are your ultimate goals?
Focus
These are central questions when thinking through any problem. Environmental regulations are complicated. Navigating these issues without the right technical advice can result in unnecessary expenses and costly delays. It can make or break a deal. Similarly, navigating these issues without a partner who can present pragmatic solutions can create more questions than answers. When you hire an environmental consultant, you are trusting that professional to help you solve problems, often complex problems, in a way that brings concrete solutions and direct results.
Intention
Bullock Environmental serves numerous clients in a variety of market sectors with the primary goal of providing personal service with a clear focus on getting to the bottom of these issues before spending too much time or money. In a real estate transaction or regulatory compliance issue, it is crucial to know as soon as possible whether the costs outweigh the benefits, which strategy works, and which should be ruled out. Our core business tenet of removing the superfluous and quickly getting to the root of a problem empowers our clients to make informed, strategic decisions. This can bring savings and efficiency to a process that usually involves significant investment before realizing a return.
Integrated into this approach is the idea that every client is different with distinct needs and goals. With this philosophy, Bullock Environmental brings an experienced team of innovative professionals that retains continual focus on our clients’ objectives.
